Warranty Policy

Moving towards the green generation, we are now implementing online product warranty registration for all our under-care products. Be part of the eco ranger and register today now!


  • All warranty period is only entitled to product or part repairing and/ or replacement only. The warranty does not cover any losses and damages caused directly or indirectly by the products as well as the labour and logistic charges on delivery, dismantle and/ or installation.
  • The warranty terms only cover manufacturing defects. If the products are found modified or used for commercial in any way, all terms on the warranty will be void.
  • General warranty is applicable to all products within the stipulated period. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for Warranty on the general coverage.




The following are steps to claim warranty:


  • Ascertain if the product is still valid under warranty period.
  • Present the proof of purchase and registered warranty email if required.
  • Contact our Customer Care Team or WhatsApp to 011-7262 0168.
  • Describe precisely the defects of the product, supported with photo / video.
  • Bring / Sent the product to us for inspection after obtaining approval for return.




What we will do upon receiving customers’ claim for warranty:


  • To verify if the product's warranty is still valid within the stipulated period.
  • To inspect the defects of the product as described.
  • To verify the proof of purchase and registered warranty email.
  • To approve and proceed the request for replacement of part if it is eligible for.
  • To provide estimated delivery time of part for replacement if necessary.



Terms and Conditions of Warranty


This product is fully guaranteed against defective materials and manufacturing defaults inclusive of parts and labour for a period of 12 months - 24 months from the date of purchase*.

  • The warranty provided by DESSINI Official Store (“DESSINI”) shall apply to manufacturing defects and covers for domestic/ household use only, excluding industrial or commercial use.



    Warranty is effective for product purchased from DESSINI Official Webstore, DESSINI Official Marketplace (i.e Shopee, Lazada) or Authorized Dealer operated in Malaysia only. Warranty will be rejected if product was purchased from Non-Authorized Dealer.


  • Product warranty registration must be duly completed and submitted via email registration ( within 30 days from the date of purchase, attach together with the proof of purchase documents. 


  1.          a. Purchase from DESSINI Official Store (WebStore/ Marketplace)
  2.               Documents: Original shipping label, purchase receipt, purchase invoice
  4.          b. Purchase from DESSINI authorized dealers
  5.               Documents: Original shipping label, purchase receipt, purchase invoice
    1.   *     Do copy related dealer in the email for verification.

        **   The registration may be rejected if the product was bought from non-authorised dealer.



  • The Claimant is required to present registered email copy and original proof of purchase documents when service / claim is required.


  • Failure to register warranty successfully within the stipulated period of time and/or any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, DESSINI has the right to reject, suspend or terminate the warranty without any official notice.


  • Under the following circumstances, parts and labour will be chargeable even during the warranty period. The warranty DOES NOT extend to the followings: -
  • The proof of purchase of the product has been altered, tampered with or lost.
  • The product has been tampered with, subject to misuse, negligence and damaged while in transit.
  • The product has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with instruction given by manufacturer.
  • The product has undergone, repairs, modifications, or dismantled by any other person prior verification of approval by DESSINI.
  • Defect caused by abnormal voltage or in-coming power supply from a generator.
  • Defect caused by fire, lightning, electrical disturbance, negligence, accidents and other natural disasters or due to deviation from recommended application and installation.
  • Defect caused by household pests such as lizard, rat, cockroach, etc.
  • Defect caused by chemical reaction, excessive heat, excessive dust, corrosive surroundings, such as cement factory, animal farm, etc.
  • Components parts which require replacement in the ordinary course of use due to normal wear and tear by reasons of their characteristic, including accessories.
  • External appearance parts against damages, scratches and ageing.



  • Warranty will be void if the appliance is being operated without DESSINI genuine or manufacturer recommended parts.


  • It is strictly not covered for commercial application such as hotel/hostel, restaurant, health centre, and others.


  • DESSINI’s liability under this warranty is limited to repairing and / or replacing defective product only. The warranty does not cover any losses and damages caused directly or indirectly by the product.


  • Product or part repairing and/ or replacement within warranty is free of charge. The postages cost (shipped from Claimant to DESSINI) will be at Claimant costs; whilst postage cost (shipped from DESSINI to Claimant) will be borne by DESSINI.


  • After contacting DESSINI Customer Care and obtaining an approval for return, the product must be adequately packaged and returned. If courier service is used, the Claimant is required to record shipping label with tracking number (or equivalent method of postage) and inform DESSINI Customer Care for our tracking purpose. Following confirmation of the defective product, DESSINI will either send back a repaired product or a new one.


  • Decision by DESSINI on all questions pertaining to complaints as results of defects, either workmanship or material shall be conclusive.


  • No person, by dealer / company is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of these warranties in any manner.


  • The purchases will have no claim under this warranty in respect of personal injury, damages to property or consequential damage.


  • DESSINI reserves the right to reject the warranty claim not registered online or shall there be any non-observance of above clauses.


  • DESSINI reserves the right to change this terms and conditions without any prior notice.




This written warranty is the only warranty made by DESSINI. Repair, replacement or other appropriate adjustment as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy available to the original purchaser. DESSINI shall not be responsible for loss of the Product or for other incidental, special or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the original purchaser, or for labour or other costs due to installation or removal, or costs of repairs by others, or for any other expenses not specifically stated above. In no event will DESSINI’s responsibility exceed the purchase price of the product.
